You’ve been able to use incident management on the Kanban board for some time now. Many of you asked for change management to be added – and we’ve listened! After two months in a staged roll-out, and a lot of valuable user feedback, simple changes and change activities are now available on the Kanban board in Labs – and will be available in all SaaS environments at the start of Q3. Now you can easily collaborate to find the right balance between your reactive (incident) and proactive (change) work.
Are you in doubt whether you are ready to start using the Kanban board? Do you think such a board is only for more mature or larger organizations? Or maybe you're just not sure where to get started. Below you'll find two examples of common tasks you easily register and track with the Kanban board, as well as the first step to take to get your team agile.

Integrating your statuses with Kanban
You were recently introduced to the first version of the Kanban Board in TOPdesk. With the Kanban Board, you tackle your service management in an agile way. With a recent update, the board is now more user-friendly, as moving a call to another column updates the status of a call. You don'thave to open a call each time to change the status. Furthermore, your calls appear in the correct column of the Kanban board without you dragging and dropping them there. Want to find out how the Kanban Board works with statuses and what the best practice is for setting up your statuses? Read on!
